Accommodation for Frontiers 2025 is opening soon.
The conference has secured a number of discounted rooms at Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart.
Accommodation is only available to be booked at the rates shown through the Frontiers 2025 registration portal.
All rates are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of all taxes and charges.
Full pre-payment is required 35 days prior to check-in and bookings are non-refundable within 35 days of the conference commencing.

CITY SIDE ROOM | $280 per night
The City Side room is designed with contemporary décor and offers a captivating view over vibrant Nipaluna (Hobart) city and the stunning Kunanyi / Mount Wellington. HARBOUR VIEW ROOM | $315 per night

If unsure about a payment's legitimacy, contact your ASN Events Project Manager.
We prioritise the security of your information and use secure IT platforms. Unauthorised firms may pose as legitimate agents; ignore any unsolicited requests for credit card details.
ASN Events and partner hotels will not promote specific accommodation via email or phone, nor request credit card details this way.
Any such requests should come directly from the partner hotel.
ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rooms are not guaranteed available until 3PM on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 35 days (From Wednesday 8th October 2025) of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked.
